We are keenly interested in the next generation. They will be the ones who pick up the torch of the Christian faith and carry it further than we could ever go. Thus, we value children and are eager to have them participate and learn in our different settings. God's Word is just as pertinent for them, so bring them along as we worship together.

We have Sunday School classes for children from age 4 to 5th grade, which meet from 9:25am-10:20am. Our purpose in these classes is to provide children with the foundational tools with which to understand God's Word and to know God Himself. The youth are welcomed in to the adult Sunday School class.

For the main worship service, we have a nursery for children under the age of 4. Children over 4, including teenagers, are invited to join the adults during the main worship service. We value families worshiping together, and we encourage the children to reverently worship with the body of Christ. As the children observe worshipful posture and participate in the historic Christian tradition of worship, their understanding of God is strengthened.

The Bible is more than a compilation of fascinating stories; it is a revelation of a mighty, holy, and loving God. On Wednesday evenings, from October through April, we chronologically teach through the Bible to children in our church and in the surrounding neighborhoods. We specifically aim to see the glory of God in each of our lessons and are intentional about our time together. This ministry meets from 6:45pm-8:00pm and is directed to children in Kindergarten through the 5th grade. Please check our schedule here to confirm our meeting times during the school year (October-April).

For children ages 6 to 12, we have a four-year plan to chronologically work through the entire Bible during our summer times together. We accomplish this goal by setting aside three full days in June to learn Bible content, practice, and affections in a way that is understandable to children.

Our theme this year (2017) was "God's Church Explodes." We traced the amazing growth of God's church through the book of Acts. We look forward to another great week next year, Lord willing!
